There are some here that love their cider. Well, if you are willing to do it, you can make your own. If you know of a local orchard you may be able to get pure cider from them and skip the juicing of the apples.

I tried this last year, I don't know if I got it 100x right though. Because the alcohol content wasn't much of anything.

Either you missed something or it didn't age long enough. My uncle used to make his own hard cider and wine... sometimes it came out right, sometimes it didn't.

I did this a few years ago and also was brewing various kinds of meads. I ended up drinking far too much so stopped homebrewing was good fun though
