Some guy came into Staples the other day, looking for a new PC. He had a HP, and something was wrong with this original one. He called tech support (which is based in India) and got a guy who was like "What's your credit card number? I'll send you a new one" - and this guy was pretty smart... he didn't give his CC#. I think he asked for his CC# so he could "send him a new PC"
