Being on call is the suck

The on-call pay is OK. I get $1.50 per hour for every hour I am on call. Which means the entire time I am NOT at work. And when I do have to go in, it's time and a half. (No, that doesn't mean $2.25/hr.) Most of the time I can VPN and take care of the problems. But sometimes I have to go over there.

Sadly we dont get paid for being on call. We only get paid if we actually have to do anything.
