Beeping

im getting random beeps( just 1 beep), like every 10-20mins sometimes. I started happening after i was messing around with the volumes and stuff when i i was getting my mic to work. I think i might of done something, any ideas?
I totally forgot all the things i did to the volume/audio stuff.

make sure there are no loose conections, especialy if they are attached to your sub woofer

Your mobo is telling you somthing...what type of motherboard do you have...Pheonix?...etc..
