This is what I see:

I guess profile picture is only for the profile, and it works if you open my profile. I don't know why you don't have that option. Maybe you don't have a profile, lol.

I don't have anything that says "Edit Avatar" under "Options". And I don't have "Settings and Options".

TYes, it's on the list of tweaking. And there are some that can add their custom ones already.

The procedure is to go to your user CP. On the left side is Settings and Options. Under that you'll find the link to Edit Avatar. The rest should be self-explanatory. At the time, we don't have any avatars uploaded.

I guess only the Admin In Charge has this priviledge. BTW, is "Almost Heaven", USA the same as West Virginia?

Nitestick somehow managed to get his avatar back. Maybe it's enabled for mods, but not super mods.

I have the edit Profile picture option there.. But when i try to upload my image i get an "Upload of file failed" message.

I added your avatar in the vBulletin CP, but it seems to be disabled, just like mine.

I added the avatars of Phantom118, TheMajor, and mole1135. They still don't show though.

That's the URL you WOULD use to change your avatar; however, the option is apparently disabled for us. For those of you who don't know, there is a difference between a Profile Picture and a Avatar.
