After i use my inhaler, i get a nice rush of energy (its a form of speed, i know people who abuse it ).

there are no amphetamines in ventolin or any inhalers that i know, it isn't speed. it's a form of steroid

I dunno, i know you can get the same feeling and effects from abusing it. A friend of mine has asked me before to get me some inhalers for that purpose, but i wont have any part of stuff like that.

Just echoing the "see a doctor" advice...you may wind up being tested for allergies...if it's something environmental like that it can be as simple as avoiding whatever sets it off.
Athsma can be weird, however...I had it pretty severely from about age 4 to 15 or so, then "outgrew" most of my allergies. No symptoms and no meds now for nearly 20 years.
