Archos Gmini 402 Camcorder/MP3/Picture viewer?

Has any one had any personal experiance with one of these. I was looking at a 30 gig IPOD but then this Gmini caught my eye on newegg. Now I'm debating, If i should get the gmini or be like Everyone else and their mothers and get an IPOD. The camcorder is kinda the selling point for me especially with all my buddys and I getting backing into skateboarding in spring.

But im also kinda leary of buying one just becasue I've never really heard about it. Did some researching and from the reviews, some people say its good and some say it has a few problems.

So what im asking is has anyone had one of these personaly or know anyone that had one?
