Hello. If I learn the spreadsheet related to this program..will I be 'qualified' to use
Microsoft Excel? Or will it be quick and easy to adjust and or learn?

It'll be relatively easy to adjust to Microsoft Excel, but keep in mind both OpenOffice, LibreOffice, and Microsoft Office all have their very long lists of quirks and so on that only apply to them, so you'll probably trip a lot now and then. But the logic of using spreadsheets, formulae, macros etc. is pretty universal.

Personally, if you know you'll be migrating to Microsoft Excel reasonably soon in the future, I'd just start an Office 365 subscription now to get used to it.
