Anybody Speak Spanish? - I Need Your Help

I have a sample clip of this mp3 (which I do not have the full song, this crappy sample is all I have) and its of a spanish (im guessing) dance song. It sounds really good, but I have no way to search for lyrics since I dont understand whats being said.

Can anyone help me understand what the lyrics are so I can search for them and eventually find the song? Or, does anybody know the song to begin with?

I would greatly apreciate any help you can give me, Thanks Alot In Advance!
