I hope it seems clear enough. I just don't know how to start with restrictions. Note symbols || are not parenthesis they contain absolute numbers.

Oops, i accidentally pressed post before even scanning the image sorry...

Here it is I really stuck on how to set restrictions on such stuff.

I am still on A grade of senior high school and things got so difficult in maths in general.
