Credit card #'s are easy to generate, but the security ID, 3 digit security code and holder name are hard to get.

All you need is the CVV2 code, the expiration date, and the number, and you can use it online. It does all of this. I have never used it, because I don't belive in being dishonest, but if this sh!t happens, I may have to rethink my morals. It'd be kind of like my way of saying "f*ck you" to the cooperations that started this.

Bell / Sympatico has already declined this idea, and they are Canada's primary ISP.

I think Bell and Telus are the only dial-up providers.
