is Advanced SystemCare good?

Is this a useful program to have, would the the pro version worth the money? it seems to use many technologies.

In my experience, these sorts of tools are rarely worth using; all you usually need to is defrag (Defraggler FTW) and virus scan (Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D). Though personally I also use CCleaner's registry cleaner from time to time.
But yeah, using that probably won't make any difference to your system provided you defrag and virus scan.

^This exactly. A good av and spyware scanner plus occasional defrag and a run through CCleaner is all you need. Tools like this have never been worth the $ in my experience.

They arent worth the money, but they can help you on a pc that hasn't had a reinstall of xp or vista in a LONG LONG time, if someone installs and uninstalls a lotta applications...
