hey guys. i wanted to know how i can do this, i googled it. and i just have some questions

1) can u use ANY hard drive, or does it have to be specifically made for PS2?

2)read something about having to format it, how do u do that?

k, so i just figured out i need a network adapter or something like that to connect it to.

You need the webwork adaptor. However as I remember they normally don't like any thing bigger than 80Gb. (I might be wrong)

"OMG GET King of Fighters XI plz!!..."

John u rule. lol. Anyway, i think they want a PS2 spacific HD (even though it's made fom an IDE drive) because it comes with a CD to format and install drivers for the HD (I think)

John 3 is prolly importing games from other countries. :D

no no the max they support is 120 gig I believe and no it doesn't have to be ps2 specifically made. my brother has this and you do need the network adapter. look on google hd loader. that is what he uses and I tell you it is sooo good. just read up on it and I tell you from my personal experience that it just rocks.
