3DMark 01 score...

I have no idea about this program, but i tried it out to see what it does.

(I do know that it tests your video card out)


My score was 1275 3D Marks
My video is an Intel 845 Chipset


is that good? bad? how does it compare to everybody else and their high-end gaming cards?

okay, i just though "whoa, 1275, thats cool". Plus it looked nice while testing. But thats low? OK...

people usually get over 10k on 3dmark01, ur computer must really suck, its like mine, haha, but mine wouldnt even hit 1k.

No offense but that's really bad,My old 9200se wasn't much better than your stock vid and i used to get 5700,I just ran it again with my 6800GS for sh!t's and giggle's just to show you what a half decent card can get and i got 18433

well, John3 and Shumway, its a video chipset

And it does way better than my friends Dell 8250, which i'm taking care of now. It has a 64MB MX4000, and gets 700.

i dont think any chipsets will play COD2, Oblivion, or even NFS. They're basically a pathetic excuse for a video card. And unfortunately, i haven't found a card yet. I need to get a brain, and learn about them.
