2 TVs from 1 cable box?

I'm thinking of putting a small 19" TV by my computer desk. So I can have it on and watch TV when Im on the computer.

Right now in this room there is a TV and cable box. But the TV and cable box are behind me @ the opposite side of the room.

Is it possible to run 2 TVs from this cable box?
I don't need both TVs to be on @ the same time.

If you put a tv tuner card in your pc, you'll be able to watch the tube and surf at the same time without having another tv in the room

(you'll still need to use your cable box and run a coax cable to your pc)

I have a hauppauge TV card and it works pretty well, Don't really use it much any more though because I stream most of what I watch now.

I thought I read somewhere that this Motorolla box has "handshake" which prevents you from splitting the video?
