how do i look to see my temperature of everything?

Try use motherboard monitor or Speedfan.

They will both show you your temps of your CPU, Case and some graphics card which have a temp sensor on them.

Note that you cannot see the temperatures of everything in your computer only specific parts.

Manly your CPU and Case in most cases.

Yea Motherboard monitor is good..but it might not support all new motherboards as development was discontinued

Also beware that those temps may not be 100% correct so always take caution.
