I just tried all 4 links above. They are all working fine. The first link is a 3rd party website so we would have no control over it if it happened to be down at the time you tried it.

Hmm, 288, they don't have a Radeon 9600XT though, so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I'm getting a 420, so it doesn't matter.
