Default Is it possible to disable my extra antivirus programs till I may need them?

Hi! I'd like to know if it is possible to keep several anti-virus programs without their interfering with each other or the registry, if the extra, less used antivirus programs are disabled until they may be needed again?

Start>run>services.msc

Look for the AV services and disable them.
