Default new video card on old system... what next?

I recently purchased a ATI Radeon 9600xt (mainly because it was on sale for $60 at best buy) for my computer because my old geforce2 wasnt cuttin it. Well now my system runs a lot better, but what should I upgrade next? I dont want to spend over $100 because im on a budget. Here are my current specs

ATI Radeon 9600xt
old ECS Elitegroup motherboard(agp 4x, ddr2100 max)
athlon xp 1800
640 mb pc2100
cd burner, dvd burner, floppy, zip
80gb 5200 rpm hard drive
350w power supply (im surprised it booted at all)

Should i go for the motherboard, processor, or memory next?
Thanks for your help

--Edit--
Found out the system info tool was wrong, opened up the case and its actually a 300w allieo(?) psu and 512 mb of pc2100, if that helps.

I would stick with what ya got for now if you don't want to spend over $100. Are there any games that you can't play at reasonable graphic settings? If not, wait for the Radeon 9800Pro to drop under $100 and then upgrade. If you are finding that an upgrade is needed, then I would still go for the 9800Pro but you might find you may need to spend a bit more than $100.

After posting this topic and trying out a few games, my computer started freezing after about 45 minutes of gaming. Im guessing its a power problem, but it might be a heating problem as well. I have one case fan and my idle temps are (in celsius): 27 mb, 43 cpu, and 36 gpu. I only have a 4x agp slot, does that give less power to the videocard then an 8x slot?
Thanks for your help

You really need a different HDD. I suggest a Western Digital Serial SATA 80GB 7200rpm for around 80$. Even better would be 10000rpm. That system over all is pretty old. I dont know if you OC it, but if you dont OC a system like that, its not gonna run very good. But that hard drive is extremely slow.
