Question please help me! new video card, major problem, computer wont boot

I recently got a geforce 4 agp, and replaced the horrible pci card (tnt 2) that came with the computer. I took out the old card and put in the gefroce 4 and turned the computer on so it would recognize it. now the computer wont boot, i cant get into BIOS. I tried putting the pci card back in, but it does the same thing. MY major problem is that i did not uninstall the old card first, what can I do?

Well, I had that problem on my old HP computer when upgrading an older Nvidia GeForce4 MX to a FX5700. What you do is you put your TNT back into your system, then clear CMOS by removing your CMOS battery jumper. Then if you can get Windows to boot up, completely uninstall your Nvidia drivers for your TNT2. In fact, remove the card entirely in Device Manager. Then....put your new card in and it would work.
