Default Hard Drive

I just built a computer, with a Seagate 200 GB SATA hard drive. I just installed Windows XP Pro, and when I look under c: properties, it says the capacity is only 127 GB. Anyone know why it's not 200 GB, suggestions? Here's a summery of what I got:
Chaintech VNF3-250 motherboard
Saphire ATI 9250 256 mb video
AMD Athlon 64 2800+
2x PQI 512 mb PC-3200 ram
Seagate 200 GB SATA hd

you will need to slipstream SP1 on an XP disc to support drives over 127GB. Do a google for it.
