I was wondering if someone knows this board and could tell me how to change the Multiplier. It reads my 2600+ Xp chip, 133 fsb at 2000. I heard that it could be jsut for the fact that the actually clock speed is around that, but im having problems with the system randomly shutting down.

It will shut down and wont turn back on at all until i flip the PS switch, pull the plug out from the back, put back in and turn back on. Im just wondering if the chip being read wrong could be a problem, or if anyone has more information on this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Reset your bios settings to default

I believe your xp2600 should run at about 2.1 ghz, so that might not be your problem
