Default Asus A7N8X-VM/400 Help Please!

I recently built a computer for my friend. It was working perfect until today.
The monitor wont get a signal from the onboard video and the usb ports dont work. But, the hard drive spins, the fans work, and the mouse lights up through the ps2 but not usb. There are no beeps or anything. I tested the monitor in his other computer and it works fine. Does anybody have a clue what is wrong.

specs:
*ASUS "A7N8X-VM/400" nForce2 IGP Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU
*AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.833GHz, Socket A
*Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-2700
*Western Digital Special Edition 80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive, Model WD800JB
*Samsung Black 52X32X52X16 DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive

Thanks.

Check if your memory is seated properly.
How do you know the USB doesn't work?
