i wouldn't bother with an ultra cause you could always get a gt and OC it to the specs of an ultra.... same specs for less $$... although i dont know much bout overclocking... i'm assuming its still safe to overclock two cards in sli, but i have no idea.... anyone know?

Stick with the 6800, as there are some problems with SLI still. Cooling the two gpu's properly is a formitable task, one not easily acheived. And there is also a massive performace bottleneck in the bus with two cards in SLI. One 6800GT would be the same, if not better than, two 6600's.

Not to mention the money saved on buying just one card instead of two.
