wtf is up with AVG antivirus?

Ok, this is the second time this has done this. I thought AVG was awesome, but now it's just getting annoying. It detects a virus, but doesn't heal OR delete it and doesn't even give me an option after the scan to do anything with it, it just leaves it!!! I turned the option "Heal automatically" on, I couldn't find a delete automatically, but by default most antivirus programs are suppose to delete if they can't heal. But AVG isn't doing squat. Any idea's before I uninstall this and get a new antivirus program?

I had the same problem.
I healed about 200 infections.
It just left the rest without deleting.
