Worms and trojans

i need some help guys my friends computer has some worms and trojans and i need to get them off but i dint know how to that so can you guys tell me what to and download if i have to this is the list ok

these are the worms 1 thow 3 on top



know are the trojans

and she found this under Mcafee virus scan but it wont clean so can someone tell me what to download or how to get rid of them plz. thank you very much.

Ok well get some spyware and adaware programs, spybot or spyware doctor. That should get most of them, if not run a virus scan with Norton. And if worse comes to worse re-format.
