Good advice thanks! I use windows 7 home premium my self so this would apply to me but I already have Trend Micro Titanium 2012 so I should be fine!

uh K I have a process called winlogon.exe is this a virus?

Not necessarily. That process is a legit process used by Windows for logon purposes. Hence the name.
