Well, I got one!

The other day I was surfin around playing vids when I got a update notice for my Adobe player. I just did not pay enough attention and of course clicked 'update'. Now I get 'voices' coming out of my machine. Its is like radio advertizements coming from out of the blue. Even when I just have my computer on and not logged onto the web. I did a restore and that seemed to help for a bit but now I am still getting the radio ads. Any ideas?

tdsskiller got rid of it.

It does sound like ad-ware.

Close all your browers.

Go to your task manager and look for iexplorer.exe, firefox.exe, chrome.exe, or any other browser you are using and make sure their process is shutdown.

See if the sound goes away. That might tell you if your problem is leaking through a browser. I'd def run through the anitvirus.

That's pretty advanced looking for MS-DOS . Didn't know DOS had such a modern-looking a GUI now.
