Weird message (virus) urgent help

This screen pops up sometimes, already happened 4 times in a day
It says
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to be closed
It has DOnt send, send error report or debug buttons
When i click either of them my toolbar where start button and all those icons just dissapears and i have to restart pc manually again

I clicked to see data in this error
It says the following
AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: eziel.dll
error report came from this file
C:/docume~1/alex/loacals~1/temp/bbf3_appcompat.txt

I deleted that file but it still comes up after few hours

Is this a virus or what
How can i correct this problem

and if a press dont send the screen comes back on with a virus detected warning
Virus is in the same place but called
maindll.dll

if i press debug screen refreshes and then AVG throws virus notice
i press heal
It says its Trojan horse proxy.IDO
