Recently my computer has been going real slow, sometimes it even stops for a short moment and makes a sound sort of like when it's turned off. So it sounds like a hardware issue to me, but here's the thing, when I formatted it everything worked like it should... until now when I suddenly have it again.

So I guess it's some sort of virus or spyware. I've run Norton Antivirus, spybot search and destroy, ad-aware, spyware doctor and it gives me nothing. Even ran a online virus scanner which I got link from here in another post and that also came up with nothing.

Anyway here's my hijack log, see if you can find anything. Thanks for the help.

Your log looks fine to me. go to start, run, type msconfig and then go to startup, disable everything except your av and reboot and see if you can see a difference

I did that and the computer was still going slow, and the popup came up that I had changed starting configuration or something. So I went in and check msconfig again what programs was on and it said:

ccApp which is Norton Antivirus thing, and NvCpl. According to this site http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/nvcpl/ it's some sort of spyware.

thats not spyware. you posted two different things

NVCPL.EXE is spyware

NvCpl.dll is an Nvidia dll
