W32.Alcra.B Virus

I seem to have a W32.Alcra.B virus/worm. Could it be the reason why my computer keeps shutting down after 20-30 minutes of turning on? Norton cant even fix it. Can someone help me please?

Computer shutting down after 20-30 mins is not the symptom of W32.Alcra.B virus/worm.But if you are sure your comp is infected with this virus then see the following link:
