vimax adds everywhere - alureon?

Ive spent maybe 6-7 hours int he last 2 days trying to fix this. what i know so far:
My main problem is getting vimax (***** enlargement adds) on almost any website i visit. it slows down web surfing. Its like the adware injects its own add in places where it detects other ads. I obviously have done lots of research trying to remove this, but im quite sure this must be a more new version.

my anti spyware detected a bunch of things a few days ago, including dnschanger, trojans, stuff like that. randomly/occasionally my avg will pop up saying it has found "alureon". spybotSandD has detected my winlogin.exe file has been tampered with, and research has told me this is how the virus boots during startup.

it makes me wonder how the **** anyone could help me fix this... since the virus has modified a file that has to load at startup rather than put itself in the registry or something.

I have downloaded every anti spyware known to man in the last 2 days - dont worry about my startup being a mess, im well aware to only run one anti spyware at a time - just have been in a rush and have downloaded tons of anti spyware lately.

okay i have removed those two entries. what should i do now?

AVG repeatedly is telling me its finding heur trojan and alureon in my c:/windows/temp folder. it asks me to quarentine the files and I say yes, then it tells me i have to force delete and i say yes. but when i go into the temp folder the files are still there and I cannot manually delete them.

i've done this already. I have tried everything within my knowledge.

and also, combo-fix doesnt work for me. it simply wont load no matter what even if i disable everything else. ill try to load it and it will give me the "combofix" little box with the green loading bar, then nothing iwll happen. and if i try to run it again, the second time it will tell me it could not create certain files.

You have to edit your Windows "hosts" file and add a fake DNS entry for the host "b1.adv.net". Simply add a line to the end of the file that says "127.0.0.1 b1.adv.net" and save it.

unfortunately AVG keeps telling me I have alureon and win32/heur.

also ive run gmer and it tells me i have a rootkit.

and also Its impossible for me to run combofix, it simply wont load past the first loading bar screen. i've tried to run it as svchost at the advice of a knowledgable guy, but that doesnt work either.

What about in safemode? I figured you had one, just need to find something that will run.
