Thnaks people for all your suggestions.
Because of the difficulty with the virus disallowing any form of internet access, it wa s impossible to download Combox fix etc and so produce logs.
Ended up using Safe Mode to get to System restore and rest PC back to prior to Virus.
Seemed to work.

Since you restored prior to the virus, you should still download Malwarebytes since you got back the net connection and run it and post the log. Maybe wait for Osiris' confirmation on the other logs, because the virus can be still there, within your system just not taking effect.

Also it's a good thing to update your AV and run a full scan just to make sure it doesn't come back.
