U.S. is Number One Spam Country

Here is a rather embarrassing statistic, the United States is the biggest spammer in the world. That's just lovely.

A recent study by IT security solutions provider Sophos showed that spam originating in Russia has dropped significantly, it also claimed that some 16.5 per cent of all spam mails sent in the second quarter of this year came from the United States.

Though, speaking from personal experience, I didn't think this was true. Interesting to find out it is.

If our IP Records have anything to say about it, this information is wrong. We get way more from China, and that than we ever have from the USA.

That's what I was thinking, Mak. China and India seem to be the favorites in the IP section (to my knowledge at least).

Well it is the amount of spam emails sent out. The USA has a ton of computers.

How many of these are drones for Chinese, Indian and Russian spammers?
