Trojen i can't Remove

I have Nortan Antivirus 2005 i scanned my computer and it can't remove a trojen it found

can someone please help me remove it

get hijackthis http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
click "do a system scan and save a logfile" open a new thread about it at http://techist.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=126 and attach it or copy & paste and ill tell you what to remove
