Trojan keeps being found and cleaned..

here is the message that my mcafee virus scan keeps popping up:

The file C:\WIndows\system32\1024\Id16F2.tmp was infected by the FakeAlert-B trojan and has been deleted to complete the Clean process.

I have scanned the computer but nothing was found. I go into the 1024 folder and there is nothing in there. Do I delete the 1024 folder?
