Trojan Horse Dialer 22aq

my avg scan detected Trojan Horse Dialer 22aq. It did not remove it. It said that it's a trojan thing that dials international numbers. I have broadband, so how is it possible? Also how to get rid of it?

it`ll just be for people with modems so you should be safe, go threw warez monsters guide in my sig it should help get rid of it.

Seemed like solution on faqfarm.com worked, question if I download all the programs in your signature would it dramatically slow down my computer? I have athlon 3000, so it's pretty slow to begin with? I did download hijackthis, since it seems to be what all of you here use. As far as the dialer went i noticed this morning that games were slow on yahoo, and then avg picked it up. Housecall removed a javabyte.
