Trojan dler?

Hi there, This is my first post and im wondering about this trojan I seem to keep cleaning this file out and it keeps coming back...Any recomendations on how to remove it fully?

Could I just post a hijackthis scan result since its faster?

My system is clean D: atleast I think it is avg doesn't pick up this trojan neither D:

Sorry for double post. Couldn't edit. I found my problem I had a fraud with malware which kept dling it back ty for the help.
