terrible hijacker cant get rid of it

this must be some new virus technology because i have been hit hard (probably keylogging me right now but idk) it broke spybot search and destroy also i cant go to there website to dl a new one. i have the installer on my desktop it wont let it connect to the server.

malware bytes picked up 9 viruses most having to do with a zlob dns changer got rid of them

i pick up this program (exterminate it) i scan lots of viruses same dns changer sigh
btw i am was in safe mode dk if it matters

this being a demo it wont delet the detections so i went into regedit deleted them there were some autoruns and everything in a (resycled folder hmmm..) deleted with cybershredder too.
