System tools 2011 Virus help

Hello, i recently got this virus and it just won't go away,i ran Malware bytes multiple times,Hijackthis multiple times among other programs.I can currently only run in safe mode.A little help with this thing would be appreciated.

Did you run MBAM in Safe Mode? What OS are you running?
