If it keeps freezing it could be a heat problem check your BIOS and CPU temps or install everest:

In everest go to computer then sensor and it`ll tell you all your temps. Post what your temp is and if its ok then it must be the virus/spyware freezing your comp.

If you cant get into safe mode or run any scans then the only solution is to format. Or if you have a laptop or a spare hard drive install windows and try to scan your corrupt hard drive that way.

EDIT: Or try something like killprocess http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5140

then dont browse to where the file is just type its location then kill the process and see if that helps.

It's always great when people try to help and the gratitude shown is so immense :)

Aff, since you obviously know what's wrong, you're halfway there. These guys obviously have more patience than me because I would have told you to go fix it yourself the first time you decided you were smarter than the people you came to for help.

Have a nice day :)

Edit: Mods, if this is out of line, plz delete and accept my apology.

After reading this post, that AFF has a few issues.

He should just upgrade his memory if the computer freezes, i don't think it's a software or virus error.

It will be a virus or spyware with an address like a0073493.exe I did suggest killprocess then selecting that file but he seemed to ignore it completely. He could also run hijackthis as i doubt it would freeze and from there try to fix the a0073493.exe or any other problems. Post the log here too.

that is the closest answer i got, it isnt some stupid RAM issue or any oh your $#!T it is that single file, and i just want to know how to dlete it, imtalking to a brick wall

found the software I meant its called killbox.

http://killbox.net/downloads/KillBox.exe

once installed just double click the icon then in the text box enter the area of the file such as c:\windows\system32\a0073493.exe

do not click the browse button to find the file it could freeze again just type in the location like my example above.

then check the box saying delete on reboot then click the red X i think saying delete file. Then reboot your machine and hope its gone.

Also download hijackthis:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

open it,run a scan see if you can see the a0073493.exe in there check its box then click fix.
