Please help, i am reguarly experiencing a problem on several machines at my place of work. The errors are 'generic host win32 errors' and when you click on 'Dont send' in the options to send the issue to microsoft the computers grind to a halt and wont even log off or shut down.

If you send the details of the error the same happens and and surprisingly microsoft offer no solutions!

I have run every virus/spyware/adware under the sun in safe mode with system restore off, i have applied certain hotfixes that seemed to relate to the issue from microsoft. I have included a hijackthis log as i expect i would be asked to submit one anyway.
