Spyware in my pc please help!

As u can c spyware sweeper need money to buy. So i'm using the trail right now. As a result i can't remove the spyware unless i got the full version. Anyway this is the scan result:

Adware Found: Webdir

Adware Found: cnsmin

System Monitor Found: Perfect Keylogger

Adware Found: rx toolbar

Trojan Horse Found: Trojan Downloader Mateass

The Perfect keylogger make me feel very worried, is my password sported? after the scan it say perfect key logger high infected spyware.

Side effect i had in my compute: Pc and connection became much lagger, sis play maple hang sometimes and Auto restart computer for no reason.

Why dont you just use Microsofts Spyware tool - http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

You can also download Spybot Search and Destroy and
Adaware SE. They are both free versions and work
well together. I usually use Spybot then Adaware.
