Every time I go online I always get the same pieces of spyware and virus’s. I was wonder is there anyway I can block them from getting on to my computer? The main one is ‘Claria’

spyware can be hard to block, it likes to disguise itself as things that the user allows onto his/her harddisk and no blocking program will stop you from doing that. Best thing to do is just run spybot or adaware once every couple of weeks

You may also want to use a different browser. As well as a firewall.

and run it more than once a week.. and check for updates atleast once everyweek too

i run spybot and adaware, both, at least twice a day haha
