Software Anti-Piracy

Hi everyone,

I have designed a software program and am in the midst of having it developed. I plan to market this software and I have concerns about illegal copying and distribution. Can anyone tell me the best method to prevent piracy, as well as a price range? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
