Well it went well for about a month and the problem started again this past week. I'd say it happens mostly around 8-9ish at night.

Welcome to the wonderful world of cable internet.

You are basically sharing an internet connection with everyone else in your area. When everyone gets on, it slows down.

This is the main drawback to cable internet service.

Well I use DSL and its just a household network. 3 computers, only 2 major occupied comps. I wish I knew what the problem is, my modem/router keep blinking literally the entire time on the internet. I mean constantly and I know thats not normal. As for bandwith, mine nor the other comp has anything downloading.

Your bandwidth is not as high as it used to be with all those computers and one internet line.
