my net is runnin real slow, and sometimes it just refuses connection with some site like goole and hotmail. i ran a few adware removal software, and hijack this. i will put up the log if you like. when online, it kept makin some files in my c drive and runnin them. like xd9 and stuff like that. i have this one process runnin called shost.exe i cant seem to stop the process. and as soon as i end process, it starts over again. is this what causing it? what are my options?

You really should post a current HijackThis log. If in fact, the process you keep seeing and ending is shost.exe you need help cleaning.
