shell|con hidden window

OK... as in the subject line, I keep getting this shutting down hidden window crap when I shut down/reset now... I've done all the hijackthis, spyware cleans, Crapcleaner, A-squared, etc... but I still get it... How do I get rid of it now... Thank you for any help...

See if its in msconfig, if it is , unselect it, and reboot

Well disable it in msconfig and see what that does.
