Scareware program has computer in complete lockdown?

What I did was take the ethernet cable out to stop the internet connection and run malwarebytes and it eliminated it completely for me

Truth is that malwarebytes will remove just about everything out there.

I would recommend doing some research and it will show you what he is dealing with.
There is no fbi affiliation to the malware, they are simply posing as the FBI and wants you to pay money.
