random .t processes loading when starting up programs

Everytime I start a program up these .t processes with random letters like aaaaaaht.t keep loading and unless I end the processes the programs don't load. Any clue on how to fix this problem?

there are tons of hidden files with random leters and then a .t in hidden files everywhere too.

yes and the one starting with j and ending with .t

I also get a w.exe.exe and se.exe.exe and ss.exe.exe and google.ping sometimes.
